Overview
Structure-preserving rule for JSON Web Tokens (RFC 7519). Decodes header, payload, and signature segments, performs security-focused mutations (algorithm confusion, claim boundary testing, kid injection, privilege escalation, signature tampering), and re-encodes as valid Base64URL.
