class Crowbar::Mutators::Splice

Overview

Alignment-based Markov sequence splicing and motif crossover. Inspired by Radamsa's 'fuse' ('ft' for intra-stream motif jumps and 'fn' for inter-sample splicing). Preserves syntactical transitions by cutting and reconnecting streams at matching n-gram prefixes.
