Overview

Centralized CLI formatting helper leveraging Opal's one-shot component print mode. Provides styled tables, boxes, rules, badges, syntax-highlighted code views, and rendered markdown for rich terminal diagnostics while respecting NO_COLOR and non-TTY modes.
